GET OFF THREE ASAP - I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 12 YEARS NOW AND I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO USE MY PHONE FOR THE LAST 5 DAYS BECAUSE OF “AHH WE HAD A SILLY LITTLE TECHNICAL PROBLEM” EVERYTIME I TRY ENTER MY CARD NUMBER AND PAY - I AM A GROWN ADULT ITS RIDICULOUS YOU EXPECT ME TO GO WITHOUT A PHONE FOR 5 DAYS AWFUL COMPANY STAYYYYY AWAY - SHOULD I GET THREE? NOOO! THREE RECEPTION/SERVICE QUALITY? AWFUL! HALF THE UK COULDNT EVEN MAKE A CALL EARLIER THIS MONTH BECAUSE OF THESE GUYS! JOKEMEN STAY AWAY!!!!!! I WISH I GOT MY IPHONE 16 PRO FROM EE NOW I DONT BUY A NEW IPHONE EVERY YEAR FOR THIS BS AND TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS

I CANNOT WAIT TO SWITCH PROVIDERS I WOULD RETURN THIS IPHONE 16 PRO TO YOU CNTS AND GO TO EE TOMORROW IF I COULD PLUS YOUR LITTLE INDIAN OUTSOURCED SUPPORT IS SO AWFUL I FEEL LIKE IM SPEAKING TO DISABLED PEOPLE 24/7. I GOT LIED TO WHEN I WAS SOLD THIS IPHONE AND NO ONE CAN EVEN SORT IT OUT BECAUSE NO ONE HAS THE POWER TO CONSTANT HELL OF SWITCHING BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS. IS IT REALLY WORTH SAVING A COUPLE PENNIES AND OUTSOURCING SUPPORT WHEN IT MAKES YOUR COMPANY AWFUL - THE CUSTOMERS CANT EVEN REACH SOMEONE WHO CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR PROBLEMS ON THE PHONE 

Think your smart paying these call centre idiots their little 1K a year cause they’re in India but it’s destroying your company never again will I never spend a penny with you after the experience I’ve had.
