Need help i request a repacement sim and suddenly my network stop working what should i do?

You can’t have two sims active for the same number so you’ll need to wait for the replacement to arrive. You can check progress with customer service. Call 333 if you’re a contract customer or start a live chat if you’re on payg.

Or if you're unable to wait for a SIM in the post, you can also pop into a Three store with ID, as long as the SIM is registered in your name as the account holder.
