Hi community,
I have been using pay as you go 10GB Plan roaming in Brazil from 4 September and it was all good untill today. The network suddenly down and can't search and select any network automatically and manually. The data roaming is on. Just cant connect to the local network. Anybody can help on this? Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been facing these issues connecting from Brazil. Was this a temporary issue or ongoing?
Are you able to check that you have data left by logging in to My3 from another device or over Wi-Fi? How long have you been abroad overall, and have you used the same number for any long trips abroad in the past 12 months?
