No matter what I only get 1 bar of connection when using my mobile, always 1 bar no matter if it's 3G, 4G and 5G it's just the same and I get the same reply all the time from Three, cant even change providers as they unknowingly put me on a 24 month contract for a sim deal!! Need help if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it

We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing poor signal quality. Can you please confirm, how long have you been experiencing this issue? Does it happen only at home, or also elsewhere?
Additionally, when you have contacted customer services previously, what specifically was advised?
Also, please use Our Network Status checker, as this may highlight any issues in the area that could play a part in the network quality you're seeing.
We're keen to help and would appreciate this additional info.
