So I am a UK3 customer, And I’m currently on holiday in Sweden. For the first 12 days of me being here, my network was fine, including roaming. I had no issues.
I woke up this morning and I had “no service”. I tried to get in contact with three customer service through the live chat function however the bot keeps saying there’s no operators available. 3s open hours are 8AM-10PM…HUH?!
I really do not know what to do anymore, and I’m absolutely fed up with this. I’ve been trying for the past three hours to get some sort of communication with the live chat.
I had bought the 14 day go roaming pass and it is set to finish two days from now.
any help will be appreciated thank you very much.

It's rediculous, if there are no operators available, queue me up to wait for one, don't make me redo all the verification etc again.
This is what happens when you outsource all your customer support to Indians on fiverr.
