I have enough data but i could not connect to internet i just registered for 16 gb right they confirm by text they send another text saying that i run out of data where in i just re new it...

Hey Raffy, welcome to Three Community. It sounds like you're talking about one of our new Pay As You Go SIMs. I'm sorry your data pack seems to have been used up very quickly, that certainly sounds strange.

Can you see your data pack in the Pay As You Go app?
Are you in the UK right now or travelling abroad? 
Is this a brand new SIM, or did you have another data pack active before this?
