Unable to access mobile data! Ever since the re-registration it always keeps asking me to sign in. Called customer service, they kept telling me it's fixed but nothing's changed. My account also shows a depleted red bar when I should have an unlimited data plan active.
The worst part is that I shelled out another £35 for a brand new account and SIM only for it to stop working on the SAME DAY I brought it!
Please help. I absolutely require internet for work and I cannot believe I just wasted £70 on this...

Exactly the same issue I had this week. Spoke to support chat, they created a case that has to be escalated to a technical support team (which took 36 hours), so I'd suggest you do the same.
Explain to them it's a technical issue that others have had resolved recently and hopefully they now know how to do a quicker fix.
