Haven't had properly working internet here in North East London for nearly a week now (not that it has ever been great). I'm using Three on my mobile and with a 5G router for my flat. The online tool just says Three is working on an issue and support isn't able to give me any update either. Is there any way to get more information on how long the service will be down? This is making it impossible for me to work from home and I'm seriously considering dropping Three in favour of a different provider now

Yes! Call 333 option 4 option 3 and option 3 again. That’s tech support and they should be able to give you a better if not definitive timeframe as to when your issue will be sorted.
