What is going on ! Will someone tell the truth about mast and signal issues. Between my husband and myself we have 3 different providers and still mifi data and call signal is none existent. Why am I paying all this money. The problem is not only one postcode area.  We are EX363HQ at the moment check the coverage and it says good still can't make or receive calls,  no data and any messages go or received as and when often hours later. 

It is no way to carry on. Customers should be told truthfully what is going on.

Hey @Con, this definitely sounds like a frustrating experience.

As you've said, everything looks good at that postcode so you should be getting a good connection there for calls and data.

Can you please tell us what devices you're using a Three SIM with? 
When did you get that SIM? Have you tried taking it out, giving it a quick wipe and popping it back in?

It can also be helpful to reset your network settings. Once we know what devices you're using, we can guide you on how to do that.
