There is an area of AL4 (St Albans) that currently is getting no 4G Data. It is broadcasting a signal, (My phone show full 4g coverage) but is not receiving any data.
This outage happened sometime between 11 and 4 on Saturday
This appears to only be one area, if I move to another area about 5 minutes away, the internet is fine (Although I've not been in all directions).
I've tested using a few different phones with different 3 contracts and both dropped out in the same place, so I know its not the Hardware.
(I do have a 4G router at home which now has no internet - this dropped out at the same time as when my phone couldn't get data from this area)
Its just the 4G Signal, if I changed my phone to only use 2 or 3G, this then gave me data, sadly I don't seem to get 5G where I am, so I can't see if this works.
3 - Please can you investigate this.

This is still an issue. The coverage checker doesn't show an issue. How do we get this fixed?

Plug your postcode into 3's NETWORK COVERAGE page to see if there's local engineering.
