PAC code incorrect

So i’m finally leaving 3. I’ve got my PAC code, given my number and code to my new provider, and it just says ‘recheck this is correct’. It’s definitely correct as i’ve tried multiple times with no luck. Trying to change my numbers as soon as possible so I can leave 3.

Hi @kexxra,

I'm sorry to hear that you're switching provider, and moreover that this is proving difficult. Did you receive a text with the PAC so that you can check this is correct? If not, there's more info on switching texts here. You could also get in touch so the team can check the PAC is still active and unclaimed on our side.

If you're using an automated form with the new provider, it may be best to contact their help team too, just to make sure it's not a technical issue with their system.
