Hi all. I got new pay as you go sim on three, requested my old number to be transfered from Lebara to Three via PAC Code but the transfer didn't go through for some reason. Cannot resolve the issue through chat. Would appreciate if mods could help me out. Cannot no longer access the My3 app as well

I'm really sorry for the delay in getting a chance to reach out to you about this. I don't have access to the PAYG systems personally, normally I'd advise to contact the PAYG chat team, but it sounds like you've spent a long time with them and are no further forwards.
I'll send you a PM now, and hopefully be able to pass on some info to help get this moving in the right direction.

Surprise suprise it's an absolute disaster, again. Got sent new sim with my old number allegedly assigned to it and the new sim doesn't work. Wouldn't connect to network, cannot be activated. Now I'm getting sent another replacement Sim by Three. It's getting ridiculous at this point.
To be honest I don't believe this is gonna fix the issue. It's just a PAC transfer not done correctly and Three got no idea on how to fix it. At the moment the original Pay As You Go Three number is still working and my old number is lost in limbo even though Three says its been transferred correctly.
It almost like two numbers exist independently in Three's system instead of my old number replacing the Three Pay as you go number. Surely the original Three Sim number should stop working by now if the PAC was done correctly.
I know I have asked before but can a moderator get involved to hopefully get this issue fixed. It's really frustrating and it seems like I'm going in circles here. I just want to get my old number back. Thanks

I have now been sent a new sim with old number assigned to it. Fingers crossed its gonna resolve this whole situation

I too used a PAC code on the 2nd August, it’s now the 8th and still not sorted. I can make calls, send texts and use data. But I can’t received text or calls, everyday I have been fobbed off, ‘I understand and it will be sorted in 48hrs’ rubbish it’s still not sorted. I think it’s disgusting, I have had that number for years. I’m annoyed as I’m missing vital calls, my kids can’t call me and I’m paying for a service that’s half used. Seems that 3 need to be honest and say they have messed up. I am going to complain and take my business else where. I have enough screen shots of all the conversations I have had on the apps.

Oh, that sounds frustrating. I'm not sure why the PAC wouldn't have processed. When did you provide Three with the PAC? When you spoke to the team, did they advise why it hadn't been successful or if there was something wrong with the PAC?
Did you ask the team to process the PAC again? This would normally help them determine what the issue with the PAC is.

I need pac to reactivate my phone but ring them useless as it doesn’t answer and goes different things . Need to talk?

As of today I cannot access live chat as none of my numbers is recognised my Three system. Old number still not transfered and it's been past promised 48hrs wait for the fix. Could mods look into this please. It's really frustrating as I need my old number back in operation. I can provide PAC, old + new number, live chat issue # etc. Really want to get this sorted as soon as possible.

I provided the PAC on Tuesday night (1st August) transfer was supposed to be completed on Thursday 3rd August. Lebara Sim went inactive from Thursday but number never transfered to Three. Contacted Three on Friday, they never said why the transfer was not successful they said they will refer to porting team to fix it. I'm pretty sure it's something on Three's end. As of today still not fixed and the Three sim still has the original number working on it and my old one not transfered
