I know a lot of us here are having the same issue with not being able to receive calls or texts after porting to three.
I've had this issue for 2 weeks now and after speaking to 20+ 'advisors' I'm getting nowhere. Constantly being told that they have no records of me phoning previously and that my issue will be escalated to a 'specialist team' who will fix it within 2 days, which of course never happens! I'm never able to speak to a manager or anyone that can help, and I'm pretty sure that the 'specialist team' dont actually exist!! I've asked to cancel my contract as Three are breaking their contract but I have to pay £900 to do that!!
Has anyone escalated this issue to the telecoms ombudsman, trading standards or anything like that? I'm at a loss of what to do next as clearly three have no intention of fixing it this. Today I was told I was being put on hold while the advisor explained the situation to the specialist team and then I would be connected to them, when I finally got through they had just connected me to another advisor who didn't know why I was calling, you can't make this up!

I'm disappointed to hear you're having issues getting the port in completed. It sounds like it's been a frustrating time.
Is it all calls and texts you are unable to receive? Are you able to make calls and send texts? What about your mobile data, is that working OK?
If you're unsure of some of the above questions, could you try and run some tests with friends or family members to try and get the information? It would be helpful if you could have some one who's on Three try to call and text you, and then some people on other networks too, and note the outcome of each.

I have done all of these tests, I've spoken to multiple people and explained the situation about 50 times now.
Mobile data is fine (well as fine as it can be on three!) And I cam send texts and make calls it's just the incoming that I have an issue with, the same as everyone else on this forum.
I've been told today that they can cancel my contract and refund me if I return the handset, however it will take around 50 days to do the refund and they have no record of my £89 upfront payment 😂
