Yes..it is Data only that is causing the issue. Text and Voice are both OK. I should have roaming as part of my plan and I have even purchased a Go Roam pass to see if that worked on a recent short trip and that failed to work also. I have had a sim only contract for several years choosing to buy my phone separately. Previously I used a Samsung which had no problem on my sim only contract. Could I be missing any settings I may need to change as it is a non-three phone? I have gone through them before I believe but any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi @SandybackRed,
No as long as Data Roaming is on in your network settings you should be all set up as far as that goes. Anything else I'm aware of in terms of incorrect settings would likely stop you from connecting at all, so you wouldn't have been able to call or text.
This does seem really odd, so I'd like to take permission to investigate your account and connection. I'll send a PM

Hi @SandybackRed,
Welcome to the Three Community!
I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with roaming data, and for so long now.
If I'm following correctly the issue is specifically data i.e. you can connect to roaming networks, and call and text as normal, but have no access to the Internet or to refresh any Apps which are dependent on data?
I'm not aware of any issue with Pixel series phones using roaming data, I used a Pixel 6 in Europe a couple of times in the last 2 years. Is it specifically down to the timing that you think it's the phone, or were you able to test another phone with your SIM whilst away?
Was the phone supplied by Three as part of an upgrade, or have you renewed a SIM only plan around the same time as acquiring the phone perhaps?
Thanks,
Jonathan
