Porting issues. No idea when can be resolved

My wife transferred from plusnet over 10 days ago. She is still unable to receive calls or texts through three. Spoken to customer services at leat 5 times and always told it will take another 48 hours. Not good enough. Both my son and I told her to move to 3, worst thing we ever do😤
