I'm on holiday in Madrid and my roaming isn't connecting. It was the same in Dublin last month. Last it worked was in June 2023. We went to Turkey in August and I turned it off but have since enabled it fully on my phone. I have a spend cap of £15 so it is not that. Phone is Poco X5 5g. Only thing I can think is my contract was taken out in September 2021 and it's now on a rolling basis (I was hoping to avoid the EU charges but that's not happened!). Any help would be appreciated.
