Three sim

I recently got a replacement sim cause my old one kept saying no service and ever since I put the replacement sim in my phone I haven’t stopped receiving messages from three saying they’ve received my request for an eSIM. There’s been like 25 in 2 days. And when I go to sign into my account it just says there’s an error both on the app and on the website
