Tiktok scam

Wondering if anyone out there can help me. As this has now been going on over multiple months.

I was at a music festival August time and I had the misfortune of having my phone stolen in a crowd. I was unable to have my phone blacklisted and a new sim sent out for about three days.

Have my new sim sorted great. But I have now discovered that someone has taken my sims number and is using it for tiktok purchases using google pay and threepay. Making over a hundred in charges each time my bill is calculated emptying out its credit and sticking me with the charges. There's no way of disabling threepay. And tiktok need order receipts on my aaccount to contact its technical support and refuse to help where im not the one making the purchases. every convasation ive had woth three, you guessed it, are telling me to contact tiktok.

Surely in light of the fact that three can't keep crediting my account after my paying the charges as they did the first month. And the fact I can't pay the expediently higher charges is a case for them to terminate the contract here? The extra they creditor's was supposed to cover my other months until the balence was zeroed out.

Any help on this would be really appreciated as I've had to cancel my direct debit.

My mobile stolen and the thieves spent 150 pounds on Tiktok. I already raised this issue with Three but they say it takes 3 weeks to have the result. By that time, 150 pounds will be reduced automatically from my bank account. How how can I contact Jonathan, as suggested above?

I’m sorry I can’t give anything more positive but My advice to you is get away from Three as fast as you can.
I wax in the same place and then the following month they took more money. Three couldn’t/wouldnt stop it, the thieve attached my number to a random google account and Three just kept telling me to go wait, and then that it’s a third party and my problem to take up with google.
The only way can stop the ticktok is with google but they won’t help you without a correlation ID… which they insist you get from Three. They have absolutely no idea what this is or where to find it. You won’t get it, I’ve taken them all the way to the ombudsman to get it and they ruled for them to give them to me, still don’t have them. Been around in a massive circle and got nowhere.

Get away from Three as fast as you can and get with a provider that doesn’t allow third parties to use your mobile bill like a credit card and charge unauthorised stuff to it. The customer service are absolutely clueless on this number and blind to this fraud.

I was with Three for ten years, never again and moved all family away from them.

Same is happening to me! I think I’m going to leave three. I never authorised the use of three pay but they can’t stop it?! It’s a joke

Hi, I'm also having the same problem with Three. They are refusing to help, and somehow can't even send me any written proof that their investigation team has told me to contact Google, despite them ensuring that they are reading out the exact proof they're trying to hide from me while on a call. It's beyond ridiculous.

Hi i am having same thing,  any chance you got  trace those invoice, payment no. Watever to present.  3 customer service aren't helping me either. Someone used my 3pay to pay for poker coin. I have asked them about invoice no., Watever to show the transcation.they refused and tell me to contact google play store. its so weird that anyone can setup your 3pay. Meanwhile for basic inquiry in three chat we had to go through security questions. Threepay has to be the most aweful thing

Cancelling your direct debit is not the answer and will probably adversely affect your credit store.
