Trying to use abroad, getting nowhere

I am in Greece, Athens.  A feel at home destination,  £2 a day up to 12 gb. Yet I have no service.  Phone won't connect.

The only thing comes up is it says you may be out of data with Nova? 

It's today, new £2 charge applies?  I've had to pay for data passport a few times this week in Greece despite supposedly being on feel at home destination...

Hello. 

Just to confirm, it's 12GB per month that can be used, not per day. If you've already used a total of 12GB while there, this might explain why you're having issues using any more data. A Data Passport gives you unlimited internet and works regardless of how much data is left, so that might also explain why that works.

Try doing a manual roam from your phone settings and picking a different roaming network. Failing that you need to contact customer services here.
