Unable to access certain websites

Fledgling

Hi, I am not able to access any website  ending edu.gm on Three network.

ERROR

Safari: can’t find the server

Chrome: this site can’t be reached

Apple Support confirmed no problem with device.

Able to access the websites via other networks and WiFi (family & friends).

It’s been 2 weeks and Three claiming there is no issue with them.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated as it’s my university’s website.

Any advise appreciated

Many thanks

Hi @NajiaSiddique,

I've had a try at loading a website on that domain and had similar results. I've contacted our service desk to check into this further. I'll let you know if I obtain any explanation, or if we can identify the issue.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi @NajiaSiddique,

Our Service Desk have advised that the issue is something that needs to be rectified by the site owner.

They've advised that some NS records are missing from their servers. Sorry the answer is jargon, hopefully that'll make more sense to the organisation that owns the site if you approach them.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Sometimes networks adult filters disagree on what they consider naughty. Have you got the adult content filter turned off? If you have recently re-registered double check as the re-registering turned mine back on.
