I recently ported my number from Lyca to Three. Unfortunately since then I am unable to receive any calls or texts, can make and send them though. People who call me receive a message stating number called not recognised, however the number does show correctly on my Three account.
I have chatted to advisors many times but nothing changed and they said three technical team is working on it. It's been four days I missing so many important calls from friends and family. I need a help on this.

Hi @arunasokan007,
I'm sorry for the delay with this. If it's a port from Lyca you arranged within the last week then it was unfortunately disrupted by a cyber attack on their systems. We're communicating with Lyca closely but they need to resolve some internal issues before we can reattempt the port. Hopefully this should be sorted out soon.
