My upload speed is extremely poor consistently. I don’t think I’ve seen it get above 10Mbps. Can an employee please help as I am a new customer and I am not happy

Understandably, you're frustrated with your upload speeds since joining Three.
Please have a look at the Coverage and Network status to see if any known issues or planned work have been logged.
If these speeds remain low, please have a chat with our Home Broadband team. They'll run through some extra checks, and there will be options available if you're within the cooling-off period.

It woudn't surprise me if the problem is still present.
