I have tried Googling my question but have not found an answer.
When abroad using Roaming and you want to phone a local number in the Country you are in do you put in that Countries code in front of the number as if you are calling from the UK or does it do it automatically as you are using their local services.
Also if you give someone your number to call you do you add +44 to the front of it
Thanks

Two questions you’re asking;1) It’s best to add the area code for the country you’re in when making a call even if you’re calling a local number. 2) Anyone calling your phone from the UK whilst you’re abroad need only dial your normal number without the need to add a country prefix.
