Useless customer services need an email to register a complaint

Has anyone got an email address for complaints, as I need to have proof of a registered email being sent before I start an official complaint with ofcom?

Feed up with the customer service giving incorrect numbers to sort out 3 pay issue, they caused by changing how the cap works.
