I can’t seem to access data in Canada. I have purchased a three day ATW extra pass, which according to the list of countries included should work in Canada, but it’s sat saying “not activated” in my account.
Can anyone advise on what I can do? Is there something I need to do to activate it beyond purchasing it? The app is not very user friendly.

Check in the Three app that your spend limit isn't set to zero.
And check with Customer Services that your credit limit isn't set to £1

Hello.
There isn't usually any other steps needed to activate the Pass. It activates on it's own when Roaming usage is detected. What is the status of your network connection there?
