Hi I have my three dim on monthly rolling....as I am getting practically zero Internet I putvan ee sim in my unlocked phone..took 2 minutes to set up..I got 150gb for 20 quid to last the month...signal went from 0.01 with three to over 30 lol..I'm going to use the ee until three gets fixed...as usual no specifics about the issue lol just "we are working on an issue....7 days and it may be fixed"..been like that for 9 or 10 days...going to.petmanently switch to ee as I only have rolling 1 month contract with three...their service has been good for years but lately its horrendous....here is a suggestion three....just be honest...if u have an ongoing issue that is difficult to sort just say so...but no...the support team says the same thing...a general answer...no specifics....it may be that the signal never returns....I was only getting 10 maps anyway...which was adequate...think I'll pay 2 quid more for ee rolling and end three...unless a miracle occurs and they say specifically what issue they are having.. lol in Glasgow area

Hello, Chrissyboy18112.
It's disappointing to hear you're having issues with your connection. This space is a Customer Community where users get to talk to each other. No one here is attempting to give people the run around, but just trying to help with the tools and information that is available here.
If you'd like to speak to the team directly about the issues you're having, and get advice about it, you can reach out to the Support Team directly and they will be happy to help you with that. They might be able to gather more information than what is available on the website as well.
Pete.
