I have two Phone a Iphone 16 and Iphone 15 both running IOS 18.5. The Iphone 16 has stopped wifi calling. I have done all the normal resets, reboots, and even reloaded a new esim into the phone, but still no Wifi Calling. If I put them both into airplane mode the 15 has wifi calling the 16 does not. both have wifi calling turned on in the esim settings.
I have contacted support and they say it must be the phone, contacted Apple and they say its Three
I need Wifi calling as the phone signal is 1 bar or nothing most of the time.
Any ideas would be appreciated

Hi everyone,
Thanks for your patience whilst we've been working on sorting this issue out. We started rolling out a fix yesterday evening, and it should have landed with you all by this morning.
If you've not picked up the 64.2 carrier update automatically, try checking in your Settings, General, About and you can also manually check for the update. Please let us know if you're still experiencing any issues with your Wi-Fi calling.
I appreciate everyone's feedback around this issue. I'll be sharing this to the relevant teams.

Yes same here. Crap happens but it’s the total lack of information that naffs me off. Lessons genuinely need to be learned here.

I totally agree that lack of Comms is shocking.
I don't wanna jinx it but in this case Im glad I have an Android (🤔 can't believe I just said it)

lol It’s so simple. Tell your customers the facts so they know where they stand and most reasonable people will be happy with that. Personally I don’t mind when things go belly up. Poo happens in life but when you don’t know when that poo is going to be cleared up is when the unrest starts.

Where can I find the network update version number ie. 64.1 ?

iphones impacted only
settings -> about -> carrier, then you will see something like "Three 64.1"

I have the issue after foolishly accepting the 64.1 update yesterday on an 18.5 iOS iPhone. What was I thinking??

Thanks for your patience, and I'm sorry for the disruption this must be causing. We're working closely with Apple to determine the cause of the issue with the carrier update, so hopefully it should be resolved soon.

Hi Jonathan. Could you get your social media team to publicise there’s a fault on the Three social Channels? Also there was nothing about this on network status checker an hour ago. And I’ve had no direct communication from Three, a communications company, that this issue exists. Instead I wasted most of yesterday trying to get some sense from your business customer service team, who just tied me up in security questions. Clueless. Technical problems happen. It’s life, but it’s also when you discover how good the customer care is. Three business has scored a big fat zero. Currently with no mobile signal, no wireless calling. Dead in the water.
