I payed for my monthly phone bill on Wednesday £17 and my calls are still not on and I still don’t have internet outside I can’t even send messages on iMessages outside of my house . when I ring 3 it says my payment has already been payed and my calls will be diverted with me in 2 hours it’s been 2 days???? When will my service be able too work outsides?

Hi @lubibutler,
I'm sorry to hear that you've been waiting so long for your services to restore. I'd advise to try rebooting your phone, and also switching airplane/flight mode on and off to see if that gets you back online.
