sim card works on wifi calling only

hi, i can not register to phone. my sim card works on wifi calling only, i tried to reset mobile network, still the same.  Have you got any idea how to fix it?

In most areas there calls only work if your phone has WiFi calling, which means you can't make/receive calls without WiFi calling feature in your phone

Sorry to hear you're having issues making calls.

What device make/model are you using? It's possible this could be related to a 3G switch-off in your area, I'd check out How to ensure your phone is ready for the 3G switch off .
