I keep getting these text messages from “3Deviceplan” about being behind on payments and then given a number to call to pay the late payments. When I call this number it says all my payments are up to date and that I owe £0.
Is this happening to anyone else? Am I behind on a payment or not???
I am very confused as I have been told that late payments will affect my credit file. I can’t seem to find what payments I am owing three anywhere in my account. Please help in case I have a debt I don’t know about or if this is a dangerous scam others might be falling for!!!

I’m getting these messages weekly. Ignoring them as the app says payment are up to date. I’m glad it’s not just me but it would be helpful if we could get confirmation that it’s a scam. Three?

i just had this at 07:00 hours in the morning, what on earth is going on , i got a threatening text saying my credit file is being affected, my bill is up to date !

Hello.
Have the recent payments for both the device plan and air time plan been made? These should show up as two separate direct debits on your bank statement.
