I’ve been cut off I think but when I try to get on my account it sends a code but I cannot get texts or emails and I’m trying to get on it to pay. I’ve just registered on this app but it won’t accept my password HELP

Hi, call 333 from your mobile or 0333 338 1001 from other phone and they open at 8am. Also when trying to log on is there an option to be emailed the code?
