I've been charged £4.17 for a daily roaming charge however my spend cap is set at 0. According to 3, the charge counts towards your Spend Cap, so if that’s set at zero, you won’t be able to use your UK allowances in Go Roam destinations. Since mine is set at 0, why have I received a text saying I've been charged £4.17. I definitely have not turned on data but when I check my allowance, it says 1kbyte has been used. Any help?

Hello.
You shouldn't be charged if you're Spend Cap is Zero.
Can you send a screenshot or copy in the text message you received? Make sure not to include any of your personal info in your screenshot.
Pete.
