when your data runs out and your add on is still active, why do u only give options to buy expensive low data packs with your balance, I bought a £15 top up hoping to buy a new high data add on and I couldn't get it as my addon was still active, using the net took my balance in like 10 minutes I think you should be able to buy the normal High data addons and cancel the one you are using ,
