I’ve got about 3 accounts in the household all come under H3G checked recently and there’s a fourth under H3GD P anyone know that that could be.

Welcome to the Three Community. Do you have a Three Your Way plan where you pay for a device separately? It sounds like this may be a H3G Device Payment?

Hi good day 

I have confused because why this 23 december I payed 19 pound  in my account H3GD and I have also need to be pay in 30 December 2024 For 52 pounds this 52 I know for my new upgraded plan of my cellphone but the 19pound I don't understand why I need to pay two time in this month.

Hello @Budoy,

Did you take both Device and Airtime agreements with Three? If so, these are now separate and are taken by separate direct debits.

If you're still unsure about this, please connect with our Customer Support team and we can access your account to clarify this with you.

Bună ziua eu am doar abonamentul la three și nu știu dc ma taxează pentru h3gd p ca eu nu am aplicat pentru asa ceva. Nu știu se poate face sa mi se ramburseze tot din urma ce am plătit pentru asta

Hey there,

Sorry for any confusion. Do you have a Pay Monthly contract or are you currently on a SIM Only plan?

If you have a device and airtime contract, you'll have 2 separate agreements. This also means you'd have 2 Direct Debits taken each month.

Și nu pot dezactiva aceasta cartela pentru ca nu o folosesc mi-au băgat fără ca eu sa fiu deacord când am actualizat abonamentul.

Sorry to hear this, we're only able to communicate in English through our support channels, but it sounds like you have a dispute about a SIM plan? We can't directly access accounts from here, but we'd recommend to discuss this with customer services over the phone or by chat.

If you're unable to discuss this directly with the team in English, then we do require you, assuming you're the account holder, to pass security, but once this is done, you can authorise a trusted person  to be your interpreter or speak on your behalf.

I’ve got 2 devices on the house and they both come under H3G and when I check the numbers on the 3 app the bill shows the H3G ones

Hi @bran,

Here's a bit more info about Three Your Way H3G DP is the reference for Direct Debits where you have a device on finance with us. If one of your device plans is an older agreement, it may not be a separate payment for device and airtime.

If there's any doubt, customer services will be able to help clear up which payment refers to which numbers and plans.
