I have bought 2 SIM cards to use them in 2 separate phones. I've registered and can login on My3 App to one of the SIM. But when I'm trying to register or login My3 App in the second phone it's not letting me. (I have used a different email address to register for the second phone).

Thanks for reaching out to us here.
I can see in your screenshot that you're attempting to link a number via an existing registered account.
To clarify, did you attempt to register the second number already without success, or did you try to link it to the first SIM account without trying to register it?
Do you receive anything when attempting a password reset on the log in page with the second email address?
Apologies if it's a silly question, but just to make sure from the screenshot, are you inputting the second number in the box, as opposed to the current one?
I just thought to ask, as it's unusual for a brand new SIM number to indicate being registered already.
