Hello,
A friend of mine has a contract that is ending on Monday 20th and he would like to instead of auto-renewing it for another 2 years, he wants to cancel it and have it as Pay-as-you-go. How does he achieve that?

Call 333 or use live chat to request the number is changed from pay monthly to pay as you go. Believe it takes 30 days for this to happen.
