Hello. Why do I get charged more then I'm supposed too? Since 12 May it was £25.16 to 11 October but then it was increased to £55.17, then went down to £25.18. Then for December £55.17 and now January £61.16. I have unlimited Plan Details and Unlimited Data.

Only Three customer service can give you the reason why your bills are as such. If having looked at your bill breakdown in the app you’re still puzzled as to why they are not as you expected,call them on 333 as they have access to your account and this forum doesn’t.
