Merging accounts

I am the main account holder my 2 daughters have phones I pay for and I want to merge their numbers onto my account. I was told I need separate emails for each number as securityโ€ฆ. I have tried to merge my daughterโ€™s numbers to my account without success. Can anyone please help ? Lisa

Hello, Lisa. 

To have the accounts merged, they will all need to be in your own name. If any of the contracts are in someone else's name, that contact won't be able to be merged. 

To get the accounts merged together, you will need to speak to the Support Team in order to make the request.

Donโ€™t waste your time spent 1hr 20 today on this very issue as I can only see billing for one account and as itโ€™s paperless Iโ€™ve no idea whatโ€™s going on ! 
 Your advice is a waste of time!

Hi @Jondoe,

I'm sorry to hear this but customer services have had a process for linking and unlinking accounts for a long time now, so I'm not sure why this wouldn't have been possible. Are all the accounts in your name as account holder and registered to the same details for address and email etc?

Did the team give you a reason why this wasn't possible, like a technical issue or what happened when you spoke to them?
