I ordered monthly auto pay add-on and canceled it at the end of april, but you still charged me on may. I don't know why, maybe I did the wrong cancel. I don't use any thing on may, could I get my money back? My number ***********.
You need to do two things! Firstly as this is a public forum with no access to your account you need to discuss it with customer service. Secondly and again because this is a public forum you should remove your number to avoid getting spam calls.
