My 3 App looks different to the one advertised

I was wondering why my three app looks different to the pictures advertised — I am suspecting this may be because my number is still in the process of porting to Three (it will in a few days).

Hi @mermhartfan13,

There's a couple of different account layouts in the app at the moment. The top image is of a version still in use by many existing customers, and the other screenshot you've shared is of a newer version which new customers are receiving immediately, and we're gradually moving our existing customers to.

So both are correct, hope that makes sense.

I am not sure but is one the contract app and the other payg?
