I’m feeling really annoyed now with three as of last nite i topped up my credit on the three app, put about £10 credit on it ready to buy a data pack this morning to notice three had taken £3.15 of my money already without me buying a datapack for some stupid reason!! Hav’nt used foned for anything else to use the credit, Can some1 from three tell me why??? Also three app or website wont let me topup or buy a datapack this morning i can login just wont let me do anything on either. Any suggestions??

Hello there.
Oh no, that's not great. It sounds like in the time between you buying the top up and going for the addon, your phone consumed an allowance in the background. Topping up in advance generally isn't needed, since you can just directly buy and pay for a data pack each month. I'd recommend doing that to ensure you don't accidentally consume some of the allowance before getting round to converting the cash credit.

Thankyou i just felt like i been robbed of £3.15 in which i had to topup again, putting that money back into my credit before i could buy a 10GB data pack. Next time i will wait till my data pack finishes completely before putting credit on & converting into a data pack.
