Have got an iPhone 6s Plus. All updates have been done. My Three app does not open up when I press ‘my account’ to check my bills etc. 15.8.3 is my current IOS installed version. Any help to rectify this issue will be really helpful.

I also have a phone with 15.8.3 and having been instructed to update the 3 app last week now I just get a blank screen. I’m assuming the only solution is to buy a later phone that can update to iOS 16.

Welcome to the Three Community.
I would recommend against upgrading to a new iPhone simply for the purpose of accessing My3. The app team are working on a solution and it is expected that users will be able to log in as before once the problem is fixed.

Ah, that's frustrating.
Have you tried signing into your My3 account through the website in stead to see if that produced different results?
