Hi since updating the 3 mobile App I can’t access the account details just get a white screen. iPhone7+ 15.8.3 IOS loaded.
App opens OK
Any advice would be appreciated.

I have exactly the same issue on my iPhone 7 with the 15.8.3. o/s. I have spent hours on my laptop trying to get three's digital assistant to understand and finally gave up. Eventually I managed to speak to someone on the help line who did not actually speak any form of understandable English. After explaining the problem over and over again she assured my somebody from 'the team' would get back to me. Predictably nobody has! Seriously thinking now about moving provider now, sick to death of this shoddy tardy treatment after paying 3 so much money over the years. Simon Hare. Hove. East Sussex.

That's not good to hear! I understand your frustration, having spent so much time trying to resolve this.
Please confirm - Have you tried both the Three app and mobile web browsers? If so, which browsers have you tried?
Have you also tried on a PC/Desktop/Laptop device? This is just to see if you see this error more widely.
Furthermore, have you tried to update your software?

To be quite blunt Michael peoples patience will only last so long. Three is a big enough company, if its technicians and engineers cannot sort this problem out, which appears to be the case, perhaps you should be now employing some external expertise.

Hi I don’t really understand what is taking so long to fix! It’s been ages now - surely there is an identifiable bug if everyone is having the same issue. Mad that you can’t access your phone account from your phone!
the question has already been answered many times that the issue doesn’t apply to desktop browsers.
I am trying to look at renewable options and the fact it is so hard to do so just confirms that I need to switch to a different network 🤣

I’ve just downloaded the new IOS17.17 and it now works! The issue on the old software was still there though.

Having the same issue of blank screen on the app after login attempt - happens after logging in with details as well as biometrics. I'm also having issues of the browser site refusing to verify my card for age verification even though it shows I am entering correct information. I don't understand why this ISP is such a pain to get started with.
