No DPD email - on tracking information - new order for device

Hi, i have placed an order on the 8/10 and was told that the device and the sim card to arrived on 17/10. Called three, and the only answer i get from the personel is that, delivery has been initiated, please contact DPD. I do not received any tracking no so how can i track the item or contact DPD about it?
