As mentioned earlier I was subject to fraud as it was confirmed today and I have done all necessary steps as I contacted three, they said they will send the driver tomorrow to collect the parcel and your 25 pounds will be refunded back in 5 to 7 days and also your contract will be cancelled that was a scam.
03333031479...This was my Three customer service number.
Can anyone guide what necessary steps should I ensure?
Also I blocked my bank card as update them with fraud activity and they will order new one for me.
As I did the biggest mistake by providing account number , sort code, card number and cvc.
As Three will never ask for any financial information.
Please guide me should I return my parcel and what to do next?
