For the second month in a row, the three system update has cancelled my top up and auto renewal. After trying to sort this last month via chat, I have been charged twice so am reluctant to let the chat support try to ‘help’ this time! Can’t speak to anyone because of (according to chat) the system update. Just going in circles!
I fail to see why this is exactly the same issue as last month and not resolved. I’m assuming it will now be a monthly issue. I’ve been with three for over 10 years but two months in a row with no work phone…I think I’m done.
