I lost my connection to the data service. A phone alert popped up yesterday with an '?' saying I need to log into the network. I couldn't log in and had to re-register my account because of Three's recent system update, which I did.

The account was wiped entirely, both my credit and my 200Mb free monthly data allowance are gone. I cannot log into the network, the '?' alert still shows up, and I've tried to get on Live Chat to no avail. I've lost the credit I topped up and my data, what is happening?
