How much longer can 3 perpetrate this trade in scam? Phone sent to Ingram 10th Feb,received 11th Feb-no acknowledgement from Ingram Micro.Complaint to 3 17th Feb, 20th Feb morning told Ingram have not received phone but in the afternoon told they received phone on 19th-Royal Mail tracking said 11th! Complaints operative last contacted me on 20th,very reassuring(good training) and said would phone me on 24th-still waiting.Including promotion for trade in,I am owed £226,a drop in the ocean for 3.I've not bothered contacting Ingram as that would patently be a waste of time as  even complaints appear unable to accelerate this process.So many complaints about Ingram Micro  but  3 are still complicit in their appalling practices(lying about phone condition,not acknowledging receipt,not sending money etc.,etc.,)  and continue to use them.Phone trade ins are in the lap of the gods it seems.Had I read the reviews of Ingram Micro first,I would not have bothered trading in and at a loss as to how to proceed and,frankly,just venting on here as no help seems available as this appears to be a norm now

Glad you’ve vented your spleen on here so to speak. However you’ll need to direct your spleen to customer service for further venting as this forum has no access to your account.

I'm well aware that this forum cannot access my account and I have already directed my "Spleen" in the appropriate direction to no avail hence my "Spleen" being vented here.I hope my venting helps to prevent another customer from having to deal with this nonsense by not bothering to trade in with 3.
