Hi everyone,

We have been made aware some customers are having difficulties connecting to Three+ and our technical teams are investigating this issue as a priority. 

I've moved any related posts to this conversation, and will update this post as soon as I have news.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your patience, the technical issues have been resolved and our Three+ app is available for claiming codes. The pre-sale is open for 48 hours. Although there has been an extreme demand we would advise you to keep checking the Ticketmaster page whilst this is open.

I've been alerted to a small number of issues with codes being rejected, I'm checking the next steps for this issue too, and will provide another update.

Hi everyone,

Just to clarify as promised, for technical issues in the process of buying tickets, you would need to contact Ticketmaster, as detailed on the last section of the pre-sale page:

"Technical difficulties & contact details: If you have technical difficulties in completing the purchase of presale tickets, or for any questions about the presale tickets, contact Ticketmaster."

Hi, I have the code and I am following the link given for Ticketmaster, however it keeps telling me the code I’ve been given is incorrect. I’ve copied it from the Three+ app and it’s not working. What can I do to solve this?

Hi @gabscavallo,

It's difficult to check due to the current issue, but on previous presales there's been an individual offer on Three+ for each venue, so I'd make sure you're trying to redeem the correct code for the correct venue on Ticketmaster.

I’ve tried the code on different venues for the Peter Kay tickets and it’s all saying the same 🫣 It also states that the code given is to be used for all venues on specific dates, which I have also tried and been told it’s incorrect.

Every now and again it’s working but once I hit the issue I’ve said above, it just kicks me off and I have to wait a while to go on it again.

As you already have the code, it may be worth trying to complete the rest of the process on a browser rather than the Three+ app. The app is only required to initially claim the code.

Can you try connecting to threeplusuk (ticketmasterpartners.com) on your phone's browser, or even from another device?

Hi again Jonathan, I’ve tried this on different browsers and devices and no luck. It just keeps stating that the code given is incorrect and to try again.

It’s frustrating as I’m only going on the presale days available and it’s still not working.

We have a couple of people trying and getting nowhere even when the code is accepted, Why have these deals when they waste your morning.
