Have been on a 12 month sim only deal now for 6 months and tried to upgrade to a handset which was declined. You’d think with being an existing customer I’d be allowed a handset deal.

Hey @chrisM19922 sorry we couldn't offer you the handset contract you were looking for, I know that must be disappointing.
An existing contract isn't a guarantee of being accepted for another and depending on the chosen handset a fresh credit check may be required. You can read a little more about credit checks and how we make those decision on our billing support pages.
